Fund My Rescue partner terms

Who we are

Fund My Rescue is a service of Lukas Labs LLC ("we"). Products are made and shipped by BarkArt Company, a Lukas Labs brand. "You" means the rescue, shelter or group that signs up.

What you get

• A free store at yourname.fundmyrescue.com, with the products you choose. No fees, no inventory, no contract term.
• 60% of the profit on every sale. Profit = what the customer paid (before sales tax) minus the actual card fee, the printer's cost (item, shipping and the printer's tax) and the AI artwork cost for that order. Every order's numbers are shown in your portal.
• If you set a price above ours, you keep 100% of everything above our price. We cover the card fee on it.
• For merchandise you design in Creator Studio, your rescue keeps 75% of the profit (including any price you add on top).
• If a sale loses money, your share is $0 (we carry the loss).

Payouts

• Cash out any time once an order has been delivered for 14 days and isn't refunded or replaced. Cash-outs start at $25, and PayPal's payout fee (currently 2%, up to $1) is deducted from the cash-out. Balances you don't cash out are paid in a monthly run.
• Tax forms. Verified 501(c)(3) organizations don’t need a W-9 or a 1099. Other groups give us a W-9 once their payouts for a year get close to the IRS reporting level ($2,000 for 2026 and later), and get a 1099 at year end when the law requires it.
• Held payments. Your earnings stay yours. Until a W-9 is on file we simply can’t send a payout that would take your year to the reporting level, and we’ll remind you by email and in your portal. If it stays missing, we may, where the law allows or requires, withhold tax at the IRS backup-withholding rate (currently 24%) from payments and send it to the IRS for you, paying you the rest. Balances that stay unclaimed for a long time may have to be reported and turned over to your state as unclaimed property under state law, and we’ll contact you before that happens.
• If an order is refunded or charged back after it was paid out, that share comes off your next payout.

Your page and products

• Use only your own name, logo, photos and art (or ones you have permission to use). No other brands, characters, celebrities, hateful, violent, adult or political content, and no false claims.
• You give us permission to show your name and logo on your store and to print them on products your supporters order.
• You approve your own designs and page. We may remove content or suspend a store that breaks these rules.

Customers and mailing lists

• Lukas Labs LLC runs the stores, takes the payments and manages the mailing lists. Purchases are not tax-deductible donations, and your store says so.
• You can see and export the supporters who joined through or bought from your store, for your own rescue's updates only. Don't sell or share the list.

Ending

Either of us can end the partnership at any time. We pay out what you've earned under these terms.
